Emory Street is an independent, owner-operated real estate firm led by Tim Rosenblum, focused on preservation, restoration, and long-term stewardship in Philadelphia. With no outside investors, every project is approached hands-on, with close involvement from acquisition and planning through construction and management.

Our work has helped place more than 30 buildings on the Historic Preservation Register, with a focus on Kensington, Frankford, and Northeast Philadelphia.
